Hello there and thanks for popping by today! I'm excited to bring you some inspiration for the New Horizons suite as part of our April All-Star Tutorial Bundle Blog Hop!

The New Horizons suite can be found in our January to June 2022 Mini Catalogue and consists of products that are perfect for creating gorgeous landscape and waterfront scenes. Love the outdoors? Our All Star Tutorial Design team - which consists of 12 talented cardmakers from all over the world - have each designed a project and created a video tutorial showing you step-by-step, how to create the projects. Here's a sneak peek of all of the different projects:

If you love the idea of creating stunning cards and projects featuring these products, these tutorials will be inspiring for you! And for even further inspiration, our design team is doing a blog hop featuring the same suite. Here's my project:

The New Horizons Designer Series Paper (which is a fancy name for pretty patterned paper) does the heavy lifting on this card and requires very little added to it. I layered two different patterns of the paper to create a gorgeous back drop for the card.

I then die cut the picket fences using the Horizon Dies and added them to the card using liquid glue. Using the On the Horizon stamp set, I stamped the greeting onto white cardstock in Evening Evergreen Ink and used the same ink colour to stamp the birds directly onto the paper. 

I had fun with the ribbon - I took a piece of the Gold Fine Art Ribbon and pulled on one of the threads to create a spray of smaller threads which I stuck down onto the card. I then added a bow using the Evening Evergreen Twine from the Fan Baker's Twine Combo pack and stuck down the greeting over top. Lastly, I added some Champagne Rhinestones for extra sparkle cause one can never have enough bling LOL!

All Star Tutorial Blog Hop - Hello Beautiful Bundle

 Hi there and welcome to our All Star Tutorial Blog Hop for March!

I'm bringing to you a new project as part of our monthly blog hop. Each month, we choose a suite from the catalogue and design a project for an exclusive tutorial bundle and then design one for our blog hop. Here's a sneak peek of my project for the tutorial:

The projects created by our team were beyond gorgeous...I now have so many ideas for this gorgeous suite! Here's our sneak peek graphic of all 12 projects:

And finally, here's my project for today's blog hop:

I am IN LOVE with the gorgeous designer series paper in this suite - the colours are so perfect. The size of the paper is unique - 4 x 6" - which make it the perfect size for cardmaking! I wanted to be able to showcase two different patterns of the paper, so decided to layer one on top of the other. I also wanted to add more glitz so decided to heat emboss the greeting in gold!

It's really quite a simple layout that can easily be used for other papers and stamps. Here are more variations of the same card:

All Star Tutorial Blog Hop - Artfully Composed

 Hello there and welcome to the February All Star Tutorial Blog Hop!

Every month, each member of the All Star Tutorial Design Team creates a project featuring our chosen bundle/suite and this month, we are featuring the Artfully Composed Suite in the new January to June 2022 Mini Catalogue. Here's a sneak peek of my project for our tutorial bundle this month:

Here's a look at all 12 sneak peeks for this month, I can't even put into words how gorgeous the projects are!

For today's project, I'm sharing a card I made at my recent Virtual Stamp Camp. We used the Artfully Composed Suite and I loved creating a fun background using the stamps and some splatter. And of course, the fact that it has pink on it made my heart happy, I LOVE PINK!

To create my own background pattern, I took a piece of Just Jade cardstock and stamped the leaf images randomly in Evening Evergreen (dark green) ink. I added some splatter using my Evening Evergreen Stampin' Write Marker. I then cut the green cardstock into four equal width pieces and stuck them down onto my card base. I then added some additional die cut pieces using the Artfully Layered Stamp Set and Tropical Layers Dies. 

I also spruced it up with some designer paper, ribbon and the beautiful Iridescent Rhinestone Gems. Links to all the supplies used on the card can be found below.
