Today, I'm sharing three cute projects I created using some peachy cute products! In the new Annual Stampin' Up! Catalogue, you'll find (on p 60-61) an entire suite of peach-themed products, the suite is called You're a Peach!
Here are my projects:
The suite includes the Sweet as a Peach stamp set, coordinating dies, the CUTEST patterned paper (DSP) and a package of six sweet little jam jars.
Here's the whole suite as well as some cute project samples:
Aren't they adorable?
I couldn't resist playing with these cute and versatile products and created the projects for my Weekly Facebook Live Crafting Tutorial. You can catch me live on Wednesdays at 8:30 pm ET over here.
Here's the first card I created:
Measurements:
- Pale Papaya Card Base: 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2
- Pale Papaya Layer: 3 3/4 x 5
- Designer Series Paper: 2 x 5
- Basic White for scalloped rectangle
- Balmy Blue scrap for greeting
Here's a closeup of the second card:
For this card, I covered the card base with a panel of the You're a Peach Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of Pale Papaya cardstock and ran it through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine using the Stitched with Whimsy Dies. I stamped the leaves in Pear Pizzazz and the peaches in Pale Papaya and Calypso Coral. I used a sponge dauber to create the two toned look to the peaches. You can see how I did this in the video below.
Measurements:
- Balmy Blue Card Base: 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2
- Designer Series Paper: 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
- Pale Papaya Cardstock: 3 1/2 x 4 3/4
- Basic White Scraps for stamping and die cutting
And lastly, the cutest little jam jar you ever did see!
I seriously can't handle how cute these little jars are! My daughter, who loves all things miniature, is totally smitten. These jars measure about 2" tall and top diameter is 2 1/2". They come six to a box and can be purchased as part of the suite collection or separately.
Decorating this was a cinch with a strip of paper that measures 1 3/4 x 7". I wrapped it around the jar and stuck it down using Stampin' Seal+. I wrapped a piece of Linen Thread around and tied it off in a bow. I stamped and die cut the peach and stem and stuck it on using dimensionals - VOILA! Easy peasy peachy squeezy 😆
